The next era of Delta One is ready to take flight.
The airliner has just unveiled a new phase of its popular business class, which Robb Report was able to preview before its announcement. Delta’s latest overhaul includes upgraded dining, wines, and spirits alongside more personalization in the skies and other enhanced details, following behind the category’s new seats unveiled earlier this year.
The culinary changes were led by chef Simon Hulstone, who revamped the menu using what he’s learned during his time at the helm of the Michelin-starred Elephant in the U.K. The menus will switch up based on the region, but you can expect dishes such as the Delta One Wagyu beef burger with caramelized onions, cheddar cheese, and cornichons on a lightly toasted brioche bun, a seasonally rotating risotto, a braised lamb with red-wine demi-glace, lyonnaise potatoes, grilled asparagus, and a classic chicken Caesar salad entrée. For dessert, Delta has kept its classic sundae, though with a new chocolate sauce, and added a dairy-free sorbet (with an optional Champagne Taittinger float, should you choose to indulge even further) and a Napa Valley–inspired fruit and cheese plate. Plus, the airliner is now letting you pre-pick your meal 18 hours—previously, it was a full day—before you take off, the only U.S. carrier to offer a pre-order that close to departure.

Passengers will be able to enjoy new tipples, too: Delta One will now be offering up Blanton’s onboard (one of Robb Report‘s best bourbons of the 21st century), a single-barrel spirit bottled at 93 proof with dry vanilla notes and hints of honey. And instead of swapping its wines four times a year, the airliner will only switch things up every six months, with some 13 wines to be served out of 1,600 sampled. Hugo spritzes and Palomas, among other cocktails and mocktail variations, will also be on the menu, with Dassai sake served on flights to Tokyo’s Haneda airport.
For more onboard comforts, Delta will be offering up a new amenity kit in partnership with Missoni, complete with a nature-inspired design and a wrist strap to use long after you land. Inside, you’ll find Grown Alchemist skincare, a Marvis dental kit, and other items. Also new to the Delta One seat is a second Missoni pillow, alongside the classic slippers, mattress pad, slippers, and eye mask—as well as new Bombas socks.
“Delta’s fully reimagined experience is rooted in solving real customer needs and desires, with intentionality behind every detail,” Ranjan Goswami, Delta’s chief marketing and product officer, said in a press release. “Every investment we make is deliberate and designed to deliver the industry’s most premium end-to-end travel experience. This elevated dining and hospitality experience reflects our relentless focus on raising the bar while giving customers greater control throughout their journey.”
Luckily, you won’t have to wait long to hop onboard. The new Delta One will take off on transoceanic journeys from the airliner’s hub at LAX this fall, with roll-out to the rest of its fleet slated in early 2027.
