If you’ve scrolled through any number of interior design accounts on Instagram over the past few years, there’s a good chance that you’ve come across the “Unexpected Red Theory.” The idea that posits that a little bit of red in a room elevates otherwise boring compositions with an unexpected jolt of energy. And in the fall, when so many guys can default to wearing blue, brown, gray, and khaki, the same can be said of our wardrobes.

Fortunately, menswear‘s leading designers are providing plenty of opportunities to wear red this season, from stylish eveningwear to accessories that let you add just a little dash to your outfits. For a little inspiration on what to reach for, keep scrolling.
